For 4S-2000 Ltd., the partnership between the company and the employees rests on three pillars; well-paying workplace, opportunity for professional development, community of friends.
Every year since 2016, 4S-2000 Ltd. has organized four large corporate events, until the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. On June 25, 2021, after one and a half year, the entertainment was again the main role at the company’s premises.
At the event, the managing director of the company also handed over the Csaba Molnár Prize for year 2020 and 2021. The award is given every year in memory of our colleague Csaba Molnár to a worker having an excellent professional knowledge and works with an exemplary attitude.
The management of the company awarded Gyula Bazsó with the Csaba Molnár Prize in 2020 and József Pataki in 2021. Congratulations to them!
At the event, the heat of 33-34 C degrees did not discourage the workers from comparing their cooking skills either. Five teams competed; the members of the jury were the most experienced tasters, but it still took half an hour to make a decision. The first prize was won by the traditional cutting workers with their cock stew, the second prize was taken by the Quality Management team, and the third prize by a small team of two technologists. Like the cooking competition, it was a strong-man competition for the first time in the company’s life, on which about eleven colleagues started. In the competition, we were looking for the strongest, most dynamic employee of the company. The winner was Márk Kocsis, before the second Dániel Oláh and the third Miklós Szabó.
After the competitions, also as an innovation, the workers were also impressed by the live rock music with the Periscope rock band from Nyíregyháza with corporate relevance, and then the live music revelry lasted until the evening.
