The reorganization of the company's production equipment and halls took place according to the lean management approach.
With the expansion of the premises of 4S-2000 Ltd., which was realized with the purchase of about 7,000 m2 of neighbouring plots from Nyír-Dinamika Ltd., the opportunity has opened up to implement the largest reorganization in the history of the company. The reorganization that started in 2018 was completed in the recent days.
The entire assembly, welding and sheet metal working workshops have moved to the old Nyír-Dinamika Ltd. site, where the classroom and training workshops serving internal training, vocational training and adult training were also housed. In the old halls, production management has been brought closer to the workshops, cutting and packaging, warehousing have come in close proximity to production management as well, so the beginning and end of the production process can be better controlled. Machines of the same type have been placed in one hall, so the CNC turning machines and CNC milling machines have been moved into separate halls; and even machines of the same type of control are located next to each other, helping with mentoring and the possibility of multi-machine work. Simultaneously, the development was accompanied by the installation of the basic IT infrastructure (CAT6A).
