The Capacity Building and Marketability Training for Leaders, Salespeople and Team Building Training realized within the framework of the EDIOP 6.1.6. (Economic Development and Innovation Operation Program) tender, started in September 2019 and ended in February 2020.
The main reason for the company’s one-and-a-half-year strategy is that a generational change has become necessary at the senior management level. For the sake of this, competencies will be distributed among several managers in a flatter organizational hierarchy until the end of the handover. The trainings helped colleagues to communicate better with each other, understand each other, and understand the goals of the company.
