The director wants as many people as possible to choose the mechanical profession in the county and wants to contribute to this target with the training developments of his company.
In the hall of the Nyíregyháza Vocational Training Centre, the managing director of 4S-2000 Ltd., who became the ambassador of the mechanical engineering profession, received his recognition and appointment during a ceremonial event. Attila Soltész completed his secondary education at the Donát Bánki Technical Vocational High School, majoring in mechanical engineering technology and computer technology.

"I really worked in IT, I graduated in information management. I dealt with informatics, information systems, always, as an economist as well. It was close to my profession. Several years ago I got my parents' engineering company, which employs now 110-persons, and I see that the key to competitiveness is efficient production, and efficient production means digital transformation, digitization" - said Attila Soltész, the managing director of 4S-2000 Ltd.

The ambassador considers vocational training so important that the company has been hosting professional classes and summer internships for more than 10 years. From this school year, according to the contract concluded with the University of Nyíregyháza, dual training will be provided for mechanical engineering students. All the schools of the Vocational Training Centre have nominated former students for the title of Ambassador, who set an example and future vision with their careers and path of life for today’s secondary school students.
