CNC grinding machine

Our CNC grinding machine suitable for hole and cylindrical grinding, purchased in 2019, is a Fanuc controlled Studer Favorit type. Machining capacity of the machine is a diameter of 340 mm, in a peak distance of 1000 mm. The maximum weight of the machined part is 120 kg. The CNC grinding machine is placed in a separate, air-conditioned room so that the maximum accuracy of the machine can be used.

Studer Favorit CNC grinding machine

Intro

The Fanuc-controlled, Swiss made CNC grinding machine purchased in 2019 has a centre distance of 1000 mm and a centre height of 175 mm, and a rotary encoder measuring system on the x and z axes. It has a feed rate of between 0.001 and 20,000 mm / min on both the 1150 mm longitudinal slide and on the 285 mm cross slide. The hole grinder unit can machine at 40000 rpm.
