Project Summary:
Our company has successfully implemented the development project entitled "Improvement of Working Conditions," aimed at modernizing the working environment, enhancing employee health and safety, and improving the efficiency of production processes.
Within the framework of the project, investments were carried out to simultaneously serve the development of occupational safety, ergonomics, energy efficiency, and productivity.
Key completed developments include:
- Modernization of workplace lighting: Traditional lighting fixtures were replaced with modern, high-brightness, energy-efficient LED lighting in the machining shop and selected offices. The new lighting improves work accuracy, increases employee comfort, reduces accident risks, and results in significant energy savings.
- Procurement of Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) welding helmets: Providing a continuous supply of clean air to welding personnel, these protective devices significantly reduce the health risks of welding fumes and gases, preserving employee health and ensuring safe working conditions.
- Installation of a gantry crane, trolley, and magnetic lifter: Greatly facilitating the handling of heavy components in the welding shop, this modern lifting equipment enables faster, more precise, and safer material handling while significantly reducing physical exertion.
- Procurement of an electric pedestrian stacker: Streamlining internal material handling, this development reduces manual lifting, improves workflow organization, and boosts overall productivity.
- Procurement of a hydraulic pallet jack: Supporting daily logistical tasks, this equipment ensures faster and safer goods handling, alleviates physical strain on workers, and enhances operational efficiency.
- Installation of pallet racking and storage shelving systems: Creating a more organized storage setup and safer walkways in operational areas, the new storage system reduces trip hazards, optimizes space utilization, and makes material storage more transparent.
- Installation of an emergency body shower in the black oxide treatment shop: Enhancing safety for staff working with chemicals, this emergency unit provides rapid and effective aid in critical situations, significantly reducing the severity of potential injuries.
- Procurement of ergonomic office and conference chairs: Improving conditions for office staff, these new chairs reduce spinal and musculoskeletal strain, boost comfort, and support efficient work performance and internal training sessions.
As a result of the project, our company now provides a more modern, safer, and healthier working environment for its employees. The developments contribute to reducing the risk of workplace accidents, increasing employee satisfaction, and strengthening the company's long-term competitiveness and productivity.
