A XXI. century company needs to create an environment for its employees that employees enjoy going to and even spending time after work.

In the past 26 years of history of 4S-2000 Ltd. has always paid great attention to the workplace environment. The company was already waiting for its employees with a comfortable, arranged garden, an outdoor cooking place, a football field and a cultured dining room at the turn of the millennium; afterwards a fishpond and a park were established.

The renovation and refurbishment of the site, which has nearly doubled due to the company’s property purchases between 2018 and 2021, has already begun after purchase and continues up to this day. As a result, a building of about 400 m2 has already been renovated, a new layer of asphalt has been added to the area next to the raw material warehouse and to the traffic routes between the new halls. Renovation of the office space, which was reclassified from the apartments purchased last year, will also begin in 2022, and next year a new recreational, cultural unit, locker room and shower will be handed over to the workers by the company’s management. Thanks to the investments, the green area of the company has grown, and by the end of the year, the entertainment opportunities within the company will also expand.
