One of the most important pillars of the resupply policy of 4S-2000 Ltd. is the vocational training cooperation with the local Bánki Donát Technical Vocational School and the Inczédy György Vocational High School and Vocational Secondary School. With Bánki, mechanical engineering technicians prefer our company for summer internships or mid-year internships, while Inczédy students are typically cutting machine operators and industrial mechanics.

In cooperation with the University of Nyíregyháza, every year a growing number of mechanical engineering students spend their academic years in dual training at our company. We have a number of students who have chosen us as a place to practice even during secondary school. In addition to our engineering and technical colleagues, our students are also trained by colleagues in workshop, so they can learn in real production situations about design, development, technology, measurement, CNC programming, and machine operation.

In recent years, the company has provided infrastructure and trainers for adult education institutions to perform training in mechanical engineering for adults - providing an OKJ degree in mechanical machining, welding, building- and structural locksmith profession. 4S-2000 Ltd. has an adult education license for eight professions: CNC machine operator, cutting machine operator, toolmaker, industrial machinist, welder, building- and structural locksmith, consumable electrode gas-shielded arc welding, tungsten electrode gas-shielded arc welding. In addition to the independent practice rooms, 4S-2000 Ltd. has two classrooms as well.  

4S-2000 Ltd. continuously conducts internal trainings in order to increase the competence of the company, improve its regularity and efficiency. These are usually training courses in metrology, manufacturing technology, process organization, but from time to time there is also a need for courses in lifting machine operation, forklifting, computer technology training or team building training. Many of our colleagues visit our CNC machine adult training course realized together with Inczédy György Vocational High School and Vocational Secondary School.
