Milling operations at 4S-2000 Ltd. can be carried out with a wide variety of machines. On a five-axis CNC-centre we can machine parts from a few millimetres up to 3000 mm x 800 x 720 mm in dimension. Our 3-4-5 axle machines have Mazak, Fanuc, NCT and Siemens control system, they are Japanese, American, South Korean and Austrian products. The milling staff consisting of fifteen persons working on CNC milling machines and the five workers, who operate the conventional milling machines are well-trained, experienced technicians, who, in the frame of in-house training, continuously develop their skills in setup, programming, CAM programming and the latest tooling knowledge capabilities. Depending on the nature of the work, our employees can operate several machines at the same time, and there is a regularly training for resupply on these machines as well. Our machine park includes 13 CNC milling machines with various parameters, a machining centre and 5 conventional milling machines.
