About turning technology

In order to meet customer needs, the company deals with CNC turning and universal turning as well. The CNC turning machine operator team of about 15 people and most of the 10 workers operating the universal lathes are skilled technicians with decades of experience. From several millimeters to 980 mm in diameter, we are able to produce custom and serial production, and our largest machine can cut up to 3000 mm long shafts. Accordingly, our machine park is also various; 12 CNC lathes with various parameters, 10 universal lathes, 8 educational lathes and 1 educational CNC turning machine.

CNC turning

Intro

Our CNC turning team consists of trained technicians and experts, capable of writing programs or even CAM programs. The machine park is sufficiently diversified to meet the needs of small and medium series production. Some of the machines have bar feeders, Y-axis, counter spindle, driven tooling, the larger machines are equipped with cranes, able to perform machining from 5 mm to 900 mm in diameter, with Mazak, Fanuc, Siemens, NCT control system.

Conventional turning

Intro

Universal turning machines are still competitive in custom- and small-series production and rough machining. From tool lathes to large, craned machines up to cutting ability of 980 mm in diameter, the machine park is various and is handled on an artistic level and with high precision by colleagues with decades of experience. These machines are typically German, Austrian and Soviet products.
