For argon shielded, tungsten electrode welding, the company uses a gas-cooled Fronius MagicWave 1700 Job G / F welder, which also enables combined coated electrode + TIG LiftTig technology, and an IWeld Tig 220 gas-cooled welding machine.

For flame welding, the company has 2 oxygen-acetylene flame welding equipment at its disposal to take advantage of a wide range of welding possibilities. Burning acetylene in pure oxygen generates an intense, well-defined, high-temperature flame of 3200°C.

Jet drilling machines
Intro
2 pieces Csepel RF 50/1600 jet drilling machines are the ideal tool for large diameter holes produced in small series. The speed of the 4 kW engine of the 3,2 ton machine is 45-2000 rpm. The maximum drilling diameter is 63 mm in light metals and 50 mm in steel. The opening of the machine can be 1600 mm, the height of the work piece can be up to 1420 mm. The spindle is of MK4 conicity.

Polymat 25/300 keyseating machine

The Polymat 25/300 key-seating machine is a new machine, which can be used to make grooves efficiently and with high precision. The machine can work with a cutting width of 2-25 mm and a length of 300 mm with a cutting speed even up to 20 m / min in a hole diameter of 10-350 mm. It has a hydraulic cutting force of 6000 N, a working height of 1110 mm and a freely programmable feed of 0.5 mm.
