We are seeking a Site Manager with experience in business operations and strong technical competence.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations and organizing the development of our approximately 5,800 m2 facility and warehouse complex. This includes:

Managing site-related services (utilities, insurance, maintenance, etc.).

Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational regulations (occupational health and safety, fire protection, environmental and health protection, and certain business rules).

Implementing regulatory requirements and maintaining regular contact with external experts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in compliance and regulatory fields

Exemplary work ethic and attitude

Structured, problem-solving mindset

Project management experience

Proficient knowledge of MS Office

Advantages / Nice-to-haves:

Several years of experience in a similar role

Practical experience in ISO compliance

Expertise in building services (HVAC/MEP) and a relevant local network

Proximity to the workplace (local resident)
