"What if we train our colleagues, but they leave? Yes, but what if we don't train them and they stay..."

Within the framework of the GINOP + 3.2.1 project (Operative Programme for Development of Economy and Innovation) 4S-2000 Ltd. is organizing about five types of training for its colleagues in the next six months. On the one hand, the training courses are essential for proper operation, and on the other hand, they serve the strategically important goals of the company.

About 20 people are trained as forklift operators, and about 17 as crane operators. This makes production easier daily and makes production preparation and service more flexible. Fourteen colleagues will receive Excel training, which will enable accurate and efficient office work.

More and more companies are choosing the LEAN method as a tool for modern management. The holding is also committed to the application of this; 16 people participate in this training accordingly, and as an extension of this, the company group will also implement the application of LEAN in Hamptons Ltd.

After the online CAM training, which is not carried out in the framework of the GINOP program, the selected 11 colleagues participate in a 40-hour personal CAM training, deepening their knowledge, which they use for the benefit of the company.
