Coordinate measuring machines

At 4S-2000 Ltd. there are three measuring machines with portal design, which are handled by trained specialists under laboratory conditions. The largest components can be checked in series with the Micro 3D five-axis measuring machine equipped with a Renishaw P20 measuring head, while the Tesa Micro Hite 454 3D measuring device is suitable for manual and machine control as well. The Mitutoyo hand-held measuring machine, equipped with a Renishaw PH1 measuring head, also helps to perform measurement tasks in bulk.

Micro 3D - CNC 5-axis measuring machine

Intro

The Micro 3D - CNC 5-axis measuring machine purchased in 2019 is equipped with a Renishaw P20 measuring head. The measuring range of the machine is 1000x1500x800 (x-y-z). Renishaw Modus 1.9 software is used for the measurement.

Tesa Micro - Hite 454 3D measuring machine

Intro

The measuring range of the Swiss-made machine is 460x510x420 mm, the accuracy is MPEE 3 + 4L / 1000 µm. It is suitable for both manual and machine (CNC) measurements. The machine is running PC-DMIS Hexagon software. The coordinate measuring machine specialized for measuring small and medium-sized parts can be loaded with a weight up to 227 kg.

Mitutoyo hand-held measuring machine

Intro

The Mitutoyo hand-held measuring machine is equipped with a Renishaw PH1 measuring head and works in a measuring range of 980x630x320 mm. Equipped with a robust table and a modern measuring head, the machine still plays an important role in measuring series-produced parts.

Mahr Marsurf XC20 contour measuring unit

Intro

The Mahr Marsurf XC20 contour measuring station can measure 200 mm long parts with a maximum diameter of 650 mm. The measuring range of the machine on the z axis is 50 mm. The software included with the XC20 offers countless possibilities; the measuring of opposite profiles can be realized with the double feeler head.

Additional measuring tools

Intro

Complex measurements can be performed with the Tesa-Hite Plus M 400 altimeter, with a machine error limit of 2.5 + 3L μm. The Tesa Rugosorf 20 roughness tester machine measures the most common, individually activated 15 roughness parameters. There is also a WPM HPO 250 Vickers-Brinell hardness tester, a Carl Zeiss Jena workshop microscope, a Walton RP 305 and a Mitutoyo TYPE PJ-300 workshop projector.

Hand-Measuring Instruments

Intro

Digital calibers (from 0 to 500 mm), digital micrometers (0 to 100 mm), analogue micrometres (from 0 to 275 mm) digital depth gauges, digital 3-point bore micrometer set (diameter of 0-100 mm), plug and ring gauges, calibres, analogue and digital gauges. Some devices communicate wirelessly.
