4S-2000 Ltd. considers plane- bore- and cylindrical drilling as one of the main activities needed to be developed. With this in mind, the company purchased a new CNC bore- and cylindrical grinding machine in 2019. Our five-person grinding team consists of experienced professional workers. Our largest machine in cylindrical grinding is capable of machining 350 mm in diameter and 1500 mm at centre distance. In plane grinding the machining size is 1000 x 350 x 350 mm. The machine park consists of a CNC grinding machine, five conventional bore and cylindrical grinding machines and two plane grinding machines. In addition, there is a bore and cylindrical grinding machine and a plane grinding machine for educational purposes.

With our CNC grinding machine, parts can be machined in series production with great precision, high accuracy and extreme efficiency. The machine has been placed in an air-conditioned, closed room especially designed for its purpose.
