New organizational structure of 4S-2000 LTD has been created

4S-2000 Ltd. has been operating as the holding company of Hamptons 2020 Kft. since January 1, 2023. One of the most important milestones of the holding company's operation is that, after mapping the tasks and organizations, the new organizational structure of 4S-2000 Ltd. was created, as a result of which the company can effectively start its growth path.

The most important of the transformations is that the former one-manager model has been replaced by the three-manager model, in which three managers or executive-level managers are responsible for each area, so that the management of the company can start the next year in a significantly more focused way.

Another innovation is that the previous customer responsibility system has been replaced by a model based on a separate commercial and technological department. A new organizational unit was created under the name "Department for the purchase and storage of raw materials, auxiliary materials and commercial parts", so the entire life cycle management of production materials was brought under one unit. 

Tool procurement was added to the technology department, which was organized into an independent organizational unit, so the name of the department became the department responsible for machine manufacturing technology and tool procurement.

The Quality Control department continues to work as a department independent of production, and the management responsible for Finance, Labor and Project Office was not affected by the organizational change either.

The management of production rose to executive level, creating the position of executive-level manager responsible for production, under whom, in addition to the manager responsible for production planning, the manager responsible for IT, maintenance team and tangible asset procurement work.

From 2015 to 2022, the task of the former executive will be the provision of infrastructure, regulations and human tasks. Thus, in the future, this department will manage the entire site, ensure regularity, develop, systematize, and enforce business processes, as well as the areas of HR, PR, and marketing.
